Governmental Consulting Solutions (GCS) is based in Springfield, Illinois and provides governmental affairs solutions to organizations including municipalities, colleges, businesses, not-for-profits and associations. We specialize in providing lobbying, consulting, and communication services for clients before Illinois’ legislative and executive branches.

Jim has been a registered lobbyist since 2004 and has experience in both the public and private sector.

John became a partner of our firm in January of 2013 and has 18 years of legislative experience.

Jessica joined as a contractual lobbyist in October 2021 and brings over 18 years of experience with the Illinois Legislature.

Nick has more than 18 years of experience within state government operations and the General Assembly.

Lynn joined as a contractual lobbyist in January 2024 and brings a drive to collaborate with people of different backgrounds and viewpoints.
